Ka2 Vet ”Soft Skills on the Green Labor Market” training for coaches, 14.10.24-18.10.24, Sofia, Bulgaria

From 14.10.24 to 18.10.24 Social Hub hosted training for coaches within Ka2 Vet ”Soft Skills on the Green Labor Market” project no 2023-2-PL01-KA220-VET-000181224. The training took place in Sofia, Bulgaria and gathered 12 trainers from Poland, Bulgaria, Slovakia and Lithuania. During the mobility in Sofia we focused on the following activities:

-training on new skills and better opportunities in the labor market in Poland, Bulgaria, Slovakia and Lithuania;

-training on Zero Waste during which the trainers made their own dry shampoos, toothpastes, and lip balms. These were  the steps towards a more sustainable lifestyle;

-study visit at  the National Vassil Levski Academy during which  together with the students, the trainers tested innovative tools developed as part of the Soft Skills on the Green Labor Market project. These included:

– interactive quizzes

– educational game

– mobile app

– workshop scenarios

-last but not least the project management session to update project progress and plan future activities
