“Training guidelines for workshop facilitators on the Green Job Market – green competencies.”

The impact of the activity on achieving project results: Conducting workshops for a selected group of young people will allow partners to test the prepared workshops. The evaluation of the workshops, followed by necessary adjustments, will directly contribute to achieving the project’s objectives. The workshops are intended to be attractive, engaging, and valuable. Therefore, it is essential to conduct a trial run with representatives of the target group.

Expected impact and results: Workshop participants will gain new skills and competencies, including green competencies. Participation in the workshops will stimulate creativity and personal development. The workshops will directly influence the participants’ employment opportunities and social and vocational activation. Participants will learn to work in multicultural teams, acquire new connections, and learn more about themselves. Project participants will discover more about themselves, and employees and volunteers from the applicant and partner organizations will learn how to work effectively in international (multicultural) groups. Participants will learn the basics of conducting social campaigns, build self-confidence, and develop project thinking. Employees and volunteers from the applicant and partner organizations will gain skills in teamwork and relationship building within a team. Participants will develop creative thinking, improve their knowledge of the English language, and acquire communication and self-presentation skills. They will also learn effective action planning to achieve their intended goals and gain valuable international contacts. Partners will have the opportunity to practically test the workshops designed by them, subject them to evaluation, and make necessary changes.

The project is co-funded by the Erasmus+ program of the European Union.
